Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative
Motivated to build a client base, not just deliver HR support
Running your own consultancy requires time, consistency and focus, particularly in the early stages. You’ll need to be available for clients, business development and networking activities, and be willing to take responsibility for growing your business.
MCIPD qualification is preferred, although we may also consider applicants with significant HR experience and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
